Since COVID19, I had to find new ways of teaching body awareness through media that allow for physical distance, but that still make people practice and sensitize their bodies and - ideally - allow for individual practice while fostering a sense of collectivity.

Although this may have some disadvantages, this translation of the methods I have used for teaching many years, makes me reflect on and articulate my practice in new and different ways. In addition, since physical presence is not required, I can share my teaching with a larger community of practitioners. I therefore share some of this work on this homepage.

In the submenu of "online tools" you can find examples of projects I am currently working on (new projects are added as I go).

Here, I also make some techniques I use in my classes or research digitally available (such as the "comparison machine", featured in my dissertation).
