Notice ways of attuning you practice throughout your week.
For each way of attuning, try to find a material that best represents the boundary between inside and outside the instrument.
At the end of the week, use one of these materials - the one that resonates most with how your instrument attunes - to make a lid for the paper object (as box version).
Practice: Attuning, Incorporating & Excorporating
Duration: a little more than one hour in total
Location: outside / the street - find a place where there are other people!
Preparation: Bring headphones and a notebook.
Documentation: You are documenting during your walk.
